The Groovenor presents Baking Bread with ItalianwannaBwill

This will be our second bread baking class with Bill, of Pasadena's Fiore Market Cafe. Bill is a great teacher, who can clearly explain the steps and reasoning to produce delicious rustic loaves, focaccia and baguettes from the same basic dough recipe. He has some great stories too!
